Flint, Michigan’s KING 810 has announced details of a series of limited engagement live events for its new album, La Petite Mort or a Conversation with God, which will see the band offering a boundary-pushing live experience in intimate settings. Presented in 360–degree sound, the immersive events are slated for Dec. 15 at the Agora Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio; Dec. 17 at Saint Andrew’s Hall in Detroit, Michigan; and Dec. 18 at Thalia Hall in Chicago, Illinois, with more dates to be announced in the coming weeks.
Fans are in store for a unique performance each night, with KING 810 engaging audiences in its intensely personal and often contentious world. The evenings are set to feature accompaniments from various performance artists, string players and more, with each location undergoing formative transformations to stimulate the senses and evoke the dark and potent themes of La Petite Mort or a Conversation with God. In contrast to the aforementioned live events, the show slated for Dec. 16 at Big Shots in Valparaiso, Indiana, is promised to be a night of outright chaos, with KING 810 bringing to town its trademark performance for an up-close-and-personal all-out war.
