Seether has revealed details for the Poison the Parish world tour, which includes headline shows and festival appearances throughout the spring and summer. The extensive touring plans come in support of Poison the Parish, its recently announced seventh studio album, set for release via Canine Riot Records on May 12.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. local time Friday, March 3. Every ticket order will include a physical copy of Poison the Parish. Ticket and VIP package information can be found here.

“Goddamn, it’s good to be back!,” said Seether frontman Shaun Morgan. “We spent the better part of a year writing and recording Poison the Parish, and now it’s time to get out there and play that fucker to the fans. We’ve been working on some upgrades to the production and the live sound, which includes welcoming our brother, Clint Lowery (from fucking Sevendust!) into the fold to help us thicken up that live sound experience. Sevendust has announced its first U.S. headline tour in support of its latest album, Kill the Flaw. The tour will kick off April 26 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and wrap up May 28 at the Rocklahoma Festival in Pryor, Oklahoma. The headline dates will feature special guests Trivium and Like a Storm as show openers. The tour will include stops in Atlanta, Georgia; New York City; Baltimore, Maryland; and Reading, Pennsylvania. Sevendust also will make stops at several festivals, including Fort Rock, Welcome to Rockville, Carolina Rebellion, Northern Invasion, Rock on the Range and Rock Derby.

Multi-platinum rock bands Shinedown and Breaking Benjamin have unveiled details of their co-headlining U.S. tour. The cross-country trek will kick off Oct. 16 at Intrust Arena in Wichita, Kansas, and continues until Nov. 24 at Cross Insurance Arena in Portland, Maine. Sevendust will join the tour for the November dates.

Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. local time Friday, Aug. 14. Limited pre-sale tickets will be made available to members of the fan clubs for either Shinedown or Breaking Benjamin beginning at 10 a.m. local time Tuesday, Aug. 11, until 10 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13. Nearly two decades into its career, Sevendust still is finding ways to keep its music fresh and exciting. This year, it’s with the (mostly) acoustic album Time Travelers & Bonfires and the accompanying “Evening with Sevendust” tour. Funded by the fans through PledgeMusic, the record features six new songs and six new versions of tunes from the extensive Sevendust catalog. It’s a must-have for any fan of the band. Long one of the most versatile bands in hard rock/metal, Sevendust has answered its fans many pleas over the years and unplugged in the studio for Time Travelers & Bonfires, a collection of six new tracks and six re-recorded songs from its past. I don’t know if it will win and new converts, but the result is likely to please those fans. (more…)

Sevendust has announced the second leg of its “An Evening with Sevendust” acoustic U.S. tour, which kicks off April 1 in Athens, Ga., at the Georgia Theatre.  The band is hitting the road to promote its long-awaited acoustic album, Time Travelers & Bonfires, which will be released April 15 on 7Bros. Time Travelers & Bonfires will be released in April on 7Bros. Records, in conjunction with ADA Label Services. On April 1, they’ll hit the road for their first U.S. headlining tour of the year, entitled “An Evening With Sevendust,” which kicks off in Athens, Ga., at the Georgia Theatre.
