Multi-platinum rockers Seether have announced the fifth annual Rise Above Fest, with some new developments. Due to popular demand, the multi-stage music festival has expanded to two days for the first time in its history.

Rise Above Fest, which supports suicide prevention and mental illness, is the largest suicide awareness music event in the world.

This year’s Rise Above Fest is set for Saturday, July 22, and Sunday, July 23. The event will return to Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, Maine.

The 2017 Rise Above fest lineup is a veritable “who’s who” of rock music, with Korn set to headline Saturday night, alongside Seether, Stone Sour, Skillet, Falling in Reverse and more. Shinedown will close Sunday night’s festivities, on a bill also featuring Halestorm, Theory of a Deadman, Hellyeah, and All That Remains, among others. (more…)

Five Finger Death Punch and Shinedown are partnering to co-headline a U.S. arena tour in the fall, kicking off Oct. 18 in Little Rock, Arkansas, and crisscrossing North America through December. See tour dates below. More dates will be announced soon.

The tour also will feature Sixx:A.M., with vocalist/producer James Michael, bassist Nikki Sixx and guitarist Dj Ashba, and U.K. newcomers As Lions, featuring Austin Dickinson.

Tickets will be available for purchase via VIP and fan club pre-sales at 10 a.m. ET Wednesday, April 26, at www.ticketmaster.com. Local and venue pre-sales will start at 10 a.m. local time Thursday, April 28. The general public on-sale will start at 10 a.m. local time Friday, April 29. (more…)

Shinedown will headline the 2016 U.S. edition of the Carnival of Madness. The lineup also features Halestorm, Black Stone Cherry and Whiskey Myers. The tour will start July 20 in Southhaven, Mississippi, and travel around the country through mid-August. Pre-sales will start at noon local time Tuesday, March 15; all remaining tickets will be on sale in most markets at 10 a.m. local time Friday, March 18.

Multi-platinum rock bands Shinedown and Breaking Benjamin have unveiled details of their co-headlining U.S. tour. The cross-country trek will kick off Oct. 16 at Intrust Arena in Wichita, Kansas, and continues until Nov. 24 at Cross Insurance Arena in Portland, Maine. Sevendust will join the tour for the November dates.

Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. local time Friday, Aug. 14. Limited pre-sale tickets will be made available to members of the fan clubs for either Shinedown or Breaking Benjamin beginning at 10 a.m. local time Tuesday, Aug. 11, until 10 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13. Atlantic recording group Shinedown has announced the release of its new album. Threat to Survival, the multi-platinum certified rock band’s first new album in three years, will arrive everywhere on Sept. 18.
